Adobe After Effects Fix | Startup error: could not convert Unicode characters (23::46)
This is my solution for the startup error faced by Adobe AE.
Error as below:
-Startup error: could not covert Unicode characters (23::46)
-cannot unlock an unlocked list (27::4)
-unexpected failure during application startup
