A Hopeful Day in the Mountains During Eid al-Adha
Today was Eid al-Adha, and everywhere was closed for the holiday. Arash did not know that it was Eid, so early in the morning he went to the municipality office to follow up on Fatima’s house problems. But when he arrived, he realized the office was closed because of the holiday. Still, Arash did not give up and quickly returned to the mountains so they would not lose time. ⛰️🙏
Danial, who had promised to help start the construction as soon as possible, came with the workers and began digging the foundation and preparing the land. Arash also worked beside them, helping with the hard labor and digging so the construction of Fatima’s house could move forward faster. 💪🏡
Fatima spent the whole day taking care of the workers. She prepared tea and breakfast for them in the morning and later cooked lunch so everyone could continue working with energy. After serving the food, she washed all the dishes and continued helping around the work area. ☕🍳🍲
The work was exhausting, but hope was alive in their hearts. Every shovel of dirt moved them one step closer to building a safe home for Fatima and her child. ❤️
At the end of the day, Danial and the workers continued working on Fatima’s house while everyone, despite being tired, felt hopeful about a better future. 🌄🏠
