2 carrots
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
500 grams of rough means beef &1 pork sausage
2 bottles of rustic passata (=1,5 kilos of tomato sauce)
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 bay leaves
a pinch of salt and pepper & extra virgin olive oil
