Spark AR Lesson 10: How to Create Randomizer Effect using Scripting?
In this Spark AR video tutorial, we'll create a 'Which Character? randomizer Instagram/Facebook effect using Spark AR scripting language, JavaScript. We'll create it almost entirely using code rather than using the Patches editor.
In this Spark AR guide, we'll use images, canvas, rectangle, face tracker, a bit of the patch editor, audio files for sound effects, speaker item and materials. We use code to access the objects in the scene and in the assets panel via script and manipulate it by modifying the object's property values and using Spark AR available code libraries to do all that.
It's a tutorial for those who want to begin using scripting in Spark AR Studio instead of just using the patch but some previous programming knowledge can definitely help to pick this up faster.
