2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid not "Hybriding" Properly
2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid Doesn't operate properly. Will only enter EV mode when brakes applied. Spent 3 weeks at dealership, they recognized there is a problem, but could not figure it out, Ford told the dealer that the car is probably operating normally (Not!)
