Celeste: 9D GOLDEN STRAWBERRY (UNNERFED, FULL CLEAR)
After 422 hours of grinding, and 7 months of effort, I did it. Final Goodbye Golden!!? im definitely still in disbelief. this has been a dream of mine since sorta before i even started playing celeste, this has been the thing i wanted to see done the most. i could never have imagined that i'd actually be the one to do it. i feel content. i will remember this for the rest of my life. thanks to all who supported me along the way. what an absolutely unreal experience. one of the funniest things is how i never actually intended to start seriously grinding this, i was going to just play it once a week, but then immediately realized that i wanted to play it almost every day. that i wanted this golden, so bad.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: this is a golden because platinums didn't exist back when this was made, this IS the entire map deathless, on an unnerfed version that is about the same length as current 9d platinum
This grind was actually extremely fun for the most part. I kinda had a really good time for a solid 3/4 of it!!! the other 1/4 i had plenty of struggles with my mindset, struggles with my hands almost giving out on me, the worst of it was the big dry streak of no summit entries after the worst gotm-7 death ever. it's so hard to keep a good mindset for this. it gets so consistent that almost every run you do feels insignificant, every death feels meaningless and annoying. you just have to realize that that's not the case and truly believe it. despite this, the gameplay did actually stay engaging and not boring the entire time for me, which is good!
They said it was impossible. This is the hardest golden/platinum done in celeste and it'll probably stay that way for quite some time, but I'd love to be proven wrong on this.

The audio at 24:42 and 1:21:20 is like that because I played without music and did another playthrough to rerecord the music, but some actions such as entering and exiting water was not accurate.
