CyberPunk 2077 - Act 2 - Mission 3 - The Space Inbetween
Johnny appears at the entrance to Jig-Jig Street. You can take your time walking through this area or go directly to the clinic. At the end of Jig-Jig Street, follow the waypoint to an alley on the left. You'll know you're at the clinic when the waypoint disappears, sure, but also because there a neon "Fingers MD" on the building and three punks posted at the entrance. You can go about this a few ways. You can get in peacefully by talking to them and going along with what they're implying (V will handle it in their own way), forcefully by subduing them, or skip them altogether by going around the left side of the building to a shut door. If you have level 5 Body you can force it open and access the clinic. There are people and things to pick up on the first floor of the building, though, so take a look around if you're interested. Johnny will have something to say too. Then, when you're ready, head upstairs. You can watch two individuals talk in front of the office or just go on in. When you walk into the office you'll see three patients getting mad at Judy who is trying to get into Fingers' office. Chat with Judy then help her get into the office with a little bit of kindness (or you can force your way in if you're playing that way and have at least level 7 Body - or use the window access to hack open the shutters). If you sit down, you can get a little bit of perspective from these folks. When you get into Fingers' office you can bring your interrogation. Judy will be generally antagonistic. You can play good cop if you want, but you'll get the information from him one way or another. As he talks and when he walks to the other room you have time to walk around and loot. Then, when you're ready, you have two options for sitting or you can go on with aggression and punch the guy. As you progress through the conversation you'll have multiple times to punch the guy in case you missed it and wanted to, or you can set things through conversation. If you do get aggressive, though, you won't be able to use Fingers as a ripperdoc. It turns out Fingers couldn't help Evelyn, so he called a fixer to take her off his hands. He had Wakako's guys take her for some sort of BD business, and it doesn't seem good.
