Grid snap setting having 2 option like
a. Rectangle snap
b. Isometric snap
in Rectangle snap grid type is rectangle having X- direction value and Y-direction value with angle 0 degree and 90 degree.restricts cursor movement to X and Y direction
in isometric snap grid type is isometric having X- direction with angle value 30 degree and Y-direction value. restricts cursor movement along y direction only.
polar snap:
polar snap in autocad have Polar Snap restricts cursor movement to specified increments along a polar angle with having some specific distance
