Heart #1(0:14) - Chapter 1 On a balcony before the plaza area
Heart #2(0:36) - Chapter 1 Inside a witch tomb on the right side of the plaza area
Heart #3(0:59) - Chapter 1 After verse 4 look up on the ledge to your left to find a heart
Heart #4(1:14) - Chapter 2 As soon as you finish verse 1, destroy the first statue in the upper left corner
Heart #5(1:34) - Chapter 2 In an upper corner where verse 3 is
Heart #6(1:51) - Chapter 2 When you get to the magic wall that forms the bridge, check on the balcony above the tree
Heart #7(2:10) - Chapter 3 Inside the Garden of Light, head right at the area where you get the hourglass
Heart #8(2:27) - Chapter 3 Before you take the tunnel out of the Catacombs, look to your left to find a witch tomb
Heart #9(2:47) - Chapter 3 Right after you exit the tunnel leading out of the Catacombs, hug the left wall to find another witch tomb holding another witch heart
Heart #10(3:06) - Chapter 5; Verse 5 This one is easy to spot, it's inside the witch tomb which you'll find to the right of the long stairway here
Heart #11(3:27) - Chapter 5; Verse 11 Before you head to the next boss through the open doorway, jump left to a ledge to find another witch tomb housing a heart
Heart #12(3:46) - At the beginning of Chapter 6, jump on the left ledge to find another tomb and heart.
Heart #13(4:07) - Chapter 6 After finishing verse 9 look behind the portal before pressing onward to find a tomb
Heart #14(4:29) - Chapter 8 During verse 3 stick to the right side when you see the 2nd group of beloved for an alternate route which holds a heart
Heart #15(4:51) - Chapter 8 During verse 4 again stick to the right here as much as possible until you come across the 2nd heart in this chapter
Heart #16(5:26) - Chapter 9 Look on the left side of the plaza-like area here to find a tomb sheltering a heart
Heart #17(5:51) - Chapter 9 You almost can't miss this one
Heart #18(6:16) - Chapter 9 After completing verse 10, don't head straight through, and look to the left side for another tomb and heart
Heart #19(6:37) - Chapter 10 After finishing verse 7 and using the defeated Kinship to find a tomb, look to the right and use the crow within to find another tomb
Heart #20(7:20) - Chapter 10 After verse 8 when you run into the portal that leads to the Gates of Hell, destroy the wall in front of it to find a platform which holds another tomb and heart
Heart #21(7:30) - At the start of chapter 12 look directly to your right and jump over there to find another heart
Heart #22(7:54) - Chapter 12 after completing verse 2 look up to your left (or right depending) and use the pipes to jump to the balcony where another tomb rests
Hearts #23 & 24 - Chapter 14 during verses 1 & 2 finish off the last of the enemies that invade the ship using a torture attack to obtain the hearts here
Heart #25(8:28) - At the start of chapter 15, use the panther within to jump to the area directly to your right and press onward from there to find another tomb & heart
Heart #26(8:54) - Chapter 15 after you finish verse 10 and at the start of the floating platform area look to the right and there will be a witch tomb & heart in the corner
Heart #27(9:19) - Chapter 15 When you get near the boss area, head towards your right until you see a different area with disappearing platforms to jump across to find the last heart
