You try to install a mod from Nexusmods via Mod Organizer 2 but SHIT IT DOESN'T FUCKING WORK!?!
Request failed: Host requires authentication
Good for you that YouTube, OnlyFans or whatever recommended you this video!
It is easily solved by just conneceting it in the settings of Mod Organizer 2. Check out the video for more details.
