Here is the solution of "netplwiz disable password windows 10" problem. I have spent lots of time trying to find a solution to this password disable problem.

Press the Windows + R
Type control userpasswords2
Make the UAC Affirmation
Switch to Users tab
Uncheck the option “Users must enter a username and password to use this computer”
Click on Apply.
Now in Automatically sign in window type your password and confirm it.
Click on OK.
