The competing bands in order were Kelty & Blairadam Pipe Band led by Pipe Major Andrew Keatings, wearing Ancient Hunting MacGregor tartan, Perth & District Pipe Band led by Pipe Major Alistair Duthie, wearing New Perthshire muted tartan, Fraserburgh Royal British Legion Pipe Band led by Pipe Major Denise Buchan, wearing Flower of Scotland tartan, Stockbridge Pipe Band under Pipe Major Keith Westhead, wearing Stewart of Appin Muted hunting tartan, Grampian District Pipes & Drums led by Pipe Major Graham McKay, wearing Murray of Atholl Modern and finally Camelon & District Pipe Band led by James Gavin, wearing MacKenzie tartan.
