Fighting in the MMA ring can be brutal, yet there are usually some rules that will prevent the players from hurting each other too badly. In most MMA fights, some blows are a little bit underhanded. Sometimes fighters try to hurt or wind their opponents by striking one of their sensitive areas like the groin. This is actually not really legal, but sometimes it goes unnoticed while others end up getting away with it. Here is our list of the worst MMA low blows (groin shot) of all time!
