🤔 ABOUT THIS Lesson 👇
INTRODUCTION TO THE SWITCH FUNCTION BY EXCEL IN A MINUTE
Microsoft Excel has a suite of functions divided into different categories. Some are underrated and overlooked and one of these is the Switch Function.
The Switch Function can evaluate a value against a list of values. It then returns the corresponding first matching value. It is composed of four arguments namely the expression, value “n,” result "n,” and default. The expression refers to the value you'd like to switch. Value “n” is the value to match against the expression. Result “n” returns the value when the corresponding value “n” matches the expression. Finally, default is the default result returned when there is no match found.
This video will fill you in with the basics of Switch. For more tips and tricks, stay tuned for future videos related to the Switch Function.
