Today we are testing out AMD Fluid Motion Frames, looking at benchmarks to see the FPS gained when it is enabled
Is AMD Fluid Motion Frames as good as Nvidia DLSS?
AMD Fluid Motion frames is AMDs answer to Nvidias Frame Gen technology. However Fluid motion frames works at a driver based level and therefore can be used in any direct x 11 or direct x 12 title, meaning it is available to a lot more gamers.
It was originally made to work only with RX 7000 series graphics cards, such as the 7900XTX but now can be used with the RX 6000 graphics card and also with mobile graphics and some more (see AMD website for complete compatibility)
So let's see how well it performs and if there are any noticeable issues with it.
