When your game is competing for users attention (and money), you don't want users leaving the game to find guidance on playing it. They might get distracted and start playing something else.

It would be more appropriately marked 'mixed audience' since it isn't really aimed at kids but kids and adults will watch it. COPPA allows for mixed audience videos. Youtube however has not implemented mixed audience videos, I wonder why?
If you think kids don't play Crossout then go to the official Crossout web page and scroll down the bottom. See that PEGI7 icon? Gaijin thinks kids play This game.
