Sources tell TIMES NOW that Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has briefed all MPs on the long-pending Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill on Tuesday (August 2). He said the NDA Government has agreed on two amendments. To get the Congress on board, two more amendments were agreed upon. The arbitration clause has not been taken in. During the Parliamentary Party meeting in New Delhi, he spoke in depth on GST Bill and what to expect in Rajya Sabha.
