squid Proxy Configuration on Google Cloud
1. Spin up the VM instance with ubuntu 20.04 as the OS
2. sudo apt install squid apache2 apache2-utils
3. set up the firewall
4. set up the /etc/squid/squid.conf file
5. use the ip address and port 3128 for further access
