Automatically create Hyper-V virtual machines for Autopilot V2 testing

On that topic, just because corporate identifiers for Autopilot V2 aren't ready just yet, doesn't mean we can't be prepared for testing.
Today, we'll revisit my Hyper-V creation script and make some enhancements to it that include automatically generating the corporate identifier CSV every time we make a new VM.
