I put out a Pitiless One video last year, determining that he was...fine. He's fine. But now he's the beneficiary of a buff to his base damage and a buff to the Retaliation artifact set that I had swaddled him in. In this vide I'll take him on a DPS tour of Teleria and see what he can do.
