The maker of the limited series on Netflix, IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack, Anubhav Sinha did not spend time on writers or make an effort to develop its negative characters, says fellow filmmaker Rahul Mittra who used to be a journalist with The Times of India earlier and who witnessed and experienced what a terror-filled atmosphere is.
