APPLE PIE IN A PAN in 30 minutes ✅💯☕️ WITHOUT OVEN. Easy and simple☝️
DOUGH
2 eggs
80g sugar
120 ml milk
70 ml vegetable oil
220g flour (I used grade 1 flour)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5-6g)
3 apples
Bake on low heat for 20 minutes, 10 minutes on the other side. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer. I used grade 1 flour. If you have a different type, it's better to divide the flour and pour it into the liquid mixture in three stages, as the consistency of flour varies, as does the type. The diameter of my frying pan is 24 cm.
