If you installed the nautilus elementary ppa and after running your update manager,the next time you log into your computer you will notice that your file browser looks little different,In this vid I will go over some of the basics of elementary.
In your terminal enter
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:am-monkeyd/nautilus-elementary-ppa
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
to fix clutter flow in your terminal enter
echo "export CLUTTER_VBLANK=none" | sudo tee -a /etc/environment
