Being a professional chef for the last 16 years, I've had to accommodate a wide range of diet types & even life threatening allergies. It was important to me that I give this sandwich the same effort I'd put into all the others and I'm proud of the results.
I'm not well versed in the world of plant based products and with any new ingredient, there's always something new to be learned. Making this sandwich was a great learning experience AND delicious!
