What the child actors from the TV series Clone (Then and Now) look like now
In the early 2000s, after the release of the TV series Clone, actors Murilo Benicio and Giovanna Antonelli gained worldwide fame. But alongside them on screen were several other young stars who made a lasting impression: the children who played Khadija, Samira, and Amin. They were just over 10 years old when they appeared in Clone.
We decided to find out what the actors who played the children in Clone look like and what they do now.
Khadijah (Carla Diaz)
The role of Khadija, the daughter of Jade and Said, was played by actress Carla Diaz. A cheerful girl with an active facial expression, she was sure to bring a smile to everyone's faces. Carla was born in São Paulo to a family of doctors—a Uruguayan father and a Brazilian mother. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese and, as a child, appeared in 80 commercials. Today, Carla continues to star in TV series and commercials, performs in the theater, and maintains a popular Instagram account with nearly 10 million followers. She recently celebrated her 31st birthday. From a mischievous girl, she has transformed into a luxurious beauty with a captivating gaze and a seductive figure, but sometimes her radiant smile still evokes the days when she danced alongside Jade on screen.
Samira (Stephanie Brito)
In the film, Samira Rachid was the daughter of Jade's cousin, Latifa, and Mohamed. The role of the rebellious girl was played by actress Stephanie Brito.
Stephanie is now 34 years old and is a model, actress, and TV presenter. Yet, her appearance has hardly changed: she still has the same expressive eyes, daring gaze, and full lips. The star has also acquired a striking figure, been married twice, and given birth to a son. Fans follow the details of her life on Instagram, where she has 1.9 million followers.
Amin (Thiago Oliveira)
Thiago Oliveira played Samira's younger brother, Amin. The actor excelled in the role of the arrogant and cunning boy. With his sly smile and mischievous gaze, the character was instantly relatable.
Thiago is now 33 years old. His appearance hasn't changed much—he's only grown a mustache and beard. But his expression is genuinely sweet and kind. Like his colleagues, Oliveira started out in commercials and continued acting in television series. However, in 2011, he left soap operas behind and chose directing. The star now spends most of his time in the United States, a fact he shares with his Instagram followers.
