AIR 3.0 - Compile an ANE app with command line on Windows
Here I compile the Vibration example with the command line on a Windows machine. I build and test on an Android device. The same app could be built for iOS using the command line and additional compiler arguments. Currently Flash CS5.5 and Flash Builder 4.5.1 do not allow for compiling of ANE apps. You must you the command line with AIR 3.0.
