In this full tutorial, we walk through all the steps required to record vinyl into your computer.
Recording your vinyl records (or ripping vinyl as it's sometimes referred to) is a great way to archive your collection, create convenient digital copies, and benefit from the great sound of vinyl on the move.

In this example, we'll be using Audacity as a free program that enables you to capture high-res recordings of your records and export them as individual files with track information ready for your favorite digital music player or library.
