The supporting structure of the frame will be based on metal CD profiles. The distance between individual profile sections should be 600 mm. If additional loads are expected on the structural elements, the distance should be reduced to 300-400 mm.
Universal hangers are used to attach the CD profile to the walls. They should be attached to the wall using dowels and screws. The distance between adjacent hangers should be 600 mm horizontally (300-400 mm is possible for structural reinforcement) and 800 mm vertically.
The supporting structure itself will be constructed from UD profiles laid along the contour, which are attached to the walls using dowels and screws. The distance between dowels should be 600 mm.
All contour profiles should first be covered with soundproofing tape.
CD profiles are inserted into the UD profiles and the protruding ends of the hangers. Then, universal hangers are screwed to the CD profiles with 3.5x9.5/11 screws on both sides.
The ends of the universal hangers protruding above the face of the CD profiles are bent back or trimmed.
