In this video, I took an already retouched picture, because we only need eyes. I press Ctrl + J and in the same way as we repainted our lips, I can repaint my eyes. Click on the blending mode “Color”, “Color” (in English).
Double-click on the upper left color in the panel on the left and select the color that we need. We do not change the color itself, but its shade. We have a lot of black in our eyes, and our eyes are a little yellow-red. For example, we want to make them blue. We select approximately blue color in the color palette, especially do not worry about numbers with a shade. We take the Brush tool in English, the opacity and pressure are 100%, smoothing 0. We take a larger tool and repaint the whole eye. We can bring the picture closer, reduce the tool and work more accurately.
As in make up, we must completely paint over the eye without leaving spots or bald spots. That's the way we change the color of the eyes. You can reduce the opacity and the eyes will turn a little blue. I advise you to attach a mask, take a black brush, or press the hot key X. Take a brush of 30% opacity and where we have black, weaken the blue a little. And better by 20%.
In the original of our picture, below we have a little red, and above almost black. And I made a blue tint below, and removed the blue from above. So it looks natural and pretty.
