U23 Women: Anna Emilie Møller wins after sensational race.
Sunday 9 December the 25th SPAR European Cross Country Championships took place, in Tilburg. The runners were joined by a huge crowd, dominated by enthusiastic Dutch fans. Relive the U23 Men race.
The gold medal for the women U23 went to Anna Emilie Møller from Denmark. It was a very tight and compact race. After many over takings back and forth, Anna Gehring started to accelerate and took the lead, closely followed by Møller. It was Møller who claimed victory, securing a rare gold medal for Denmark. The winner of the country classification was Germany.
