Painting and Weathering a Winter Whitewash - Winter Effects Tutorial PART 2
Hello everybody and welcome to the second part of my new weathering series for winter vehicles, featuring Dragon's 1/35th scale Panzer III Ausf.J. In this video I continue the finishing process from where we left off in the last video (basic weathering on the underlying panzer grey) by applying, chipping, and weathering the winter whitewash camouflage on this tank. I used AK Interactive's Washable White Paint product and their Heavy Chipping Fluid to create the worn effects on the whitewash, and some oil paints to both add final touches to the whitewash coverage and to do some gentle discolouration and streaking effects over the white finish.
