If you don't have a sewing machine, you can use a hand backstitch.
RTS = right sides together
Metric Conversions: 1/2 inch = 12mm, 1/4 inch = 6mm, 9 inches = 23cm, 22 inches = 56cm, 3.5 inches = 9cm
