Web Designer Tutorials for Xara Web Designer 9 Premium part 3. In this web design video tutorial we will go through the process of how to created a fixed position for the buttons we created in previous tutorial. In order to make the buttons change position we will have to add CSS (cascading style sheet) coding. The CSS is going to allow us to change the position of the button and also cause it to act in a fixed matter where it stays in same position even if the page is scrolled through. The other factor that will be important is make sure that the file that you have open in Xara gets exported as HTML if you have closed the program out because once you close the program it will no longer recognize the external folder that we created.
