Bryan Crow wrote a book, Trapped in Infinity — part memoir, part existential handbook, part art piece. Exploring addiction, identity, suffering, meaning, and what it means to stay human in a disconnected world.

For the last 20 years, people have been telling me, “You should write a book.”
So… this video is my response to that.

Trapped in Infinity is finally finished.

The best way I can describe it is: one-third art piece, one-third memoir, and one-third guidebook for seekers, addicts, overthinkers, and existential travelers trying to make sense of being alive.

This book took me about five years on and off. I gave up on it. Came back to it. Rewrote it. Changed its form. Drew artwork for chapters, abandoned some of the artwork, rewrote sections again. Eventually it became this collage of stories, memories, philosophy, suffering, humor, art, and newer ways of thinking taped onto older versions of myself.

At times, making this book felt exciting and meaningful. Other times it was exhausting. Which honestly made finishing it feel even more meaningful.

In many ways, this book was written for the 14-year-old version of me on the next go round.

A lot of this started after a near-death experience I had around 19 or 20 years old. When I came back from that experience, I genuinely wasn’t sure I had returned to reality. Part of me wondered if I was still trapped somewhere inside my own mind. Honestly, even 20 years later, I’m still wrestling with those questions.

So writing this book became a way for me to reflect on existence itself:
What does it mean to be alive?
What if this is heaven?
What if this is hell?
What do we do either way?

And regardless of how the book does, I’m proud I finished it.
