AOC, Schumer and others hold a press conference on Civilian Climate Corps
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, Congressman Joe Neguse, Senator Ron Wyden, Senator Chris Coons, Senator Ed Markey, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Congresswoman Judy Chu, Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur, Representative Joe Neguse and bicameral leaders working to establish the Civilian Climate Corps will host a press conference to call for the inclusion of the Civilian Climate Corps in the upcoming reconciliation process and to lay out their agreement on goals, structure and standards for the program.
