What is Conditional Call Forwarding?
Conditional call forwarding is used to forward missed calls from your phone to another phone. Conditional call forwarding's most common use is for voicemail. When you miss a call it is forwarded to your voicemail providers phone number and they record the call which is how voicemail messages are created!

Another common use is when business people have a desk phone but are often moving about away from their office and so regularly miss calls to that device, so they forward them to their cell phone.
