Demo - SQL database integration with UCCX & custom web page to add new entries to db
This video demonstrates on Cisco UCCX integration with Microsoft SQL database. When a customer calls into contact centre, it display all the information related to the customer from database like Calling Number, First Name, Last Name, Account details etc. In case the customer is new, it gives an option to the contact center agent using Cisco Finesse to add the new customer information on the database using custom website so that when the customer calls up next time, the information is auto populated to the agent. It also gives an option to search for existing customer and download the database from website.
