Unlike Windows, where installation is mostly a few clicks, Linux gives you several package formats such as .deb, .rpm, Snap, and tar.gz, and choosing the right one matters. In this tutorial, I explain which package format applies to Ubuntu, why the DGX Spark needs the ARM64 version, and why I used the .deb installation path for this setup.
If you are a developer, homelab user, Linux admin, or just getting started with Ubuntu on ARM hardware, this walkthrough should save you time.
