**EDIT/WARNING** - Do NOT upgrade to Windows 8.1 if you want to attempt a dual-boot, or even want to try installing OS X. I believe Win8.1 has quietly upgraded some firmware in the background and has made it nearly impossible to boot from a USB drive.

For any of you who are impatient like me, I've thrown together a REALLY rough guide that you should be able to use to get OS X running on your Surface Pro.

This is my second video demoing OS X running on my Surface Pro. Unlike my last video, this is not a dual-boot setup, but it is a Vanilla OS X Mountain Lion install. At this point, everything works except for iMessage, Facetime, etc. There is now full QE/CI graphics support, full audio support, front/rear cameras, USB 3.0, and anything else you can think of (besides the touchscreen ;)), built-in wifi, and bluetooth.
I will hopefully be posting a detailed tutorial tomorrow with instructions on how you can do this yourself, as well as posting information to a file containing the correct/same bootloader I'm using, as well as the necessary kexts and audio drivers. Feel free to leave questions/comments below and I will try to get back to you.
