1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Ground ginger
Ground cinnamon
Nutmeg
1/2 cup plain pumpkin puree
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1/2 cup sugar (Muscovado sugar works best)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Icing:
Maple syrup
Powdered sugar
Milk (any kind)
