Masterclass Objective: To teach the application of modern algorithms for providing care to critically ill patients, and to develop leadership skills, teamwork, and critical situation management.
As a result of the masterclass, participants will become familiar with modern principles of preventing and resolving critical situations when providing care to seriously ill patients. Algorithms for providing care to critically ill patients of various specialties by multidisciplinary teams will be practiced, the potential of simulation training for staff training and the implementation of new examination and treatment protocols in clinical practice will be demonstrated, and all aspects of teamwork will be analyzed.
