Copy & Load Swatches From Another InDesign File

Having copied an object with Swatches applied to it (eg Fill/Stroke/Effect), pasting that object into another file will result in those colours getting added to the Swatches panel. As powerful as this method is, it is not a practical way to transfer all of the swatches in a document.
In the upper right corner of the Swatches panel is a menu with the option "Load Swatches". Point to the relevant InDesign file and all of its Swatches will be imported.
