Benefits and Principles
The Five Animals Chi Gong routine is designed to:
Balance and harmonize the body’s energy (qi) and internal organs.
Strengthen the immune system and overall health.
Improve flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Each animal movement is associated with specific elements, yin-yang principles, and meridian channels. The routine is performed in a slow and flowing manner, with emphasis on proper alignment, breathing, and relaxation.
