Oblivion Secret Chest Cloud Ruler Temple
This is a secret chest in Cloud Ruler Temple. Just follow what I do and you'll find it soon enough. I got an ebony bow and 105 gold in my chest but then tried it again and got 4 iron arrows, so it's completely random. Hope you find a good item!
