FusionPBX Part 3 - Setting up the IVR (Integrated Voice Recording) Menu for this Open Source PBX.
This video is my last for a little bit on FusionPBX. It will walk you through setting up the Integrated Voice Recording (IVR) Menu setup. You know, the thing that drives most of us crazy when we call any company anywhere, and you hear "Please listen to all options as our menu has changed... Press 1 for X, Press 2 for Y - if you would like Klingon please press *#13223##*2... or hold for an operator."
So you immediately start pressing 0 in hopes of getting a human... But let's go through setting it up, because it actually can be a useful tool as phone traffic increases in your call center, support center, sales operation, etc.
