How to write compelling heroes that readers crave
Have you ever read a book where the villain was more interesting than the hero? Yeah. Me too. Writing a novel is not easy whether you write children's picture books, non-fiction, or epic fantasy. But a hero's journey needs to be unforgettable, not just passively reacting to the obstacles the villain is throwing at them. A good and well-developed character will have a will and motivation of their own.
