Specialty Liberica Coffee
Liberica or locally known as Kapeng Barako has gained a reputation of being "matapang" as it's traditionally brewed and served as strong, bold, and intense in the Philippines, but with proper processing and brew methods, it can definitely hold its own in the third wave coffee culture.
The beans I'm using is a 200g bag is from a local specialty roastery called Primal Brew.
