Focus Stacking Tutorial | DxO PhotoLab + Affinity Photo Workflow
In this video, I demonstrate my complete photo editing workflow using DxO PhotoLab 9 for initial adjustments, followed by Affinity 3 to both automatically and manually focus stack. I focus on how to effectively use focus stacking to achieve sharp images from foreground to background. This tutorial covers raw editing from start to finish, providing a detailed guide for anyone looking to refine their photo editing software skills.
I take three RAW images captured on the Sony A7RIV and Sigma 16-28mm f/2.8 and process them from start to finish. We begin with advanced RAW development in DxO PhotoLab 9, merge the frames for perfect "infinite focus" in Affinity Photo 3 and finally utilize the specialized filters in DxO Nik Collection 8 for finish touches.
