Fix Broken Vimeo Thumbnails On LinkedIn Work Experience Section
Update: 5/30/2022: At the time of this video, I thought this solution applied across the board. However, I have now realized that it only applies to video/media you have in the work experience section and not "feed" posts.
If you have Vimeo video links on your Linkedin profile, you might have noticed that your thumbnails have been replaced with eight vertical bars.
The reason for this is because Vimeo recently updated its thumbnail links to include a new security hash feature. To fix it, all you need to do is update the share link to include the security hash, which begins at "h=" and ends right before the ampersand symbol.
