DPL 2.0.0 - Fixing bugs.............
Turns out multiple bugs have just been discovered.
Luckily some of the bugs aren't for core features (like OOP)
but the scope mechanism was broken.
the scope bug can be found in versions 1.4.8 and forwards,
while the OOP bug can be traced back to its first implementations in DPL1.2.x
